How to order

Reagents are supplied according to our Terms and Conditions and all orders are subject to biosecurity approval. 

Customers outside of the United Kingdom must ensure that all necessary import permits accompany the order and notify us of any other documents required to clear customs.

When ordering, please contact us by email at carrie.batten@pirbright.ac.uk, stating the following:

• Catalogue number
• Quantity of each product required
• Full address for shipping, including a 24 hour contact telephone number and email address
• Invoice address (if different from the shipping address)

In addition to the cost of product, you will also be required to pay for:

• Transport costs: packaging, courier charges, etc.
• Innocuity testing: depending on the product ordered and the containment level of your laboratory some testing of the product may be required before the product is shipped.
