Dr Yaoyao Zhang

Yaoyao Zhang graduated with a bachelor's degree (in veterinary medicine) in 2011 and a master’s degree in 2013 from Shandong Agricultural University.

In 2013, she went to Guangxi University for her PH.D, studying in parasitology (Fasciola gigantica) under Professor Weiyi Huang’s supervision. In 2017, Yaoyao Zhang joined Professor Venugopal Nair’s group at The Pirbright Institute as a postdoctoral research scientist.
