Senior Bioinformatician

Lily holds a Master's degree in Bioinformatics and a Bachelor's degree in Biological Science, with a strong foundation in molecular biology, immunology, microbiology, and genetics. She has over a year of experience as a Bioinformatician and over three years’ experience in processing and analysing large-scale biological data, including bulk and single-cell transcriptomics, microbiome 16S, and whole-genome sequencing (WGS) data. She has developed, maintained, and updated scripts and analysis pipelines with good documentation, conducted bioinformatics analysis using R and Python extensively, and used Shell and the command-line frequently on Linux platforms.
