Dr Bharti Mittal
As a seasoned professional, I bring a demonstrated track record of success in Bioinformatics/Computational Biology, encompassing Functional, System, and Structural analysis. My extensive experience in wet lab operations, coupled with adept team leadership, further strengthens my ability to deliver impactful results. I am driven by a passion for scientific discovery and innovation, and I am eager to leverage my skills and expertise to contribute meaningfully to the advancement of research.
In my current role, I specialize in antibody sequence data analysis across a range of species, including Bovine, Pig, Rabbit, Chicken, Hybridoma, Human, and Mouse, utilizing NGS (Illumina & 10x) and Mass Spectrometry techniques. My responsibilities encompass BCR analysis from hybridomas, whole repertoire analysis, VDJ analysis from single-cell 10x data, and fishing antibody sequences from whole transcriptome data specific to Mycobacterium avium spp. in cattle. Additionally, I reconstruct antibodies from peptides generated from Mass Spectrometry data and conduct data mining from repositories such as NCBI, UniProt, IMGT, and species-specific immune databases to enhance antibody sequence analysis and interpretation.
