Course description

This eLearning module, details the steps taken to conduct an FMEA exercise.

It focuses on the application of FMEA to a process rather than a service or product. To provide context it describes FMEA as a tool used as part of the approach known as process safety. However FMEA can be used outside of process safety in order to reduce risk in any process, product or service.
